We had our sons 5th Dinosaur party at Party Kingdom a couple months ago and I couldn’t fault it, we had the best experience here. Jess, the owner was accommodating, super responsive and kind from the get go. She even squeezed us in on a really busy day which I was so grateful of. The same happened to me .My situation happened 5 months before my son's 1st birthday... In my case, when i called her,I didn't even ask for the entire deposite, I was expecting at least the half of it and not even like that she wanted to help me... I wouldn't for nothing in this world plan another party with party kingdom, to me they are very very unprofessional, especially the owner... Beware!!! They will keep your deposit! – Most places give you 5days to cancel after you reserve the date. Unless its close to the party date. I am a Corporate Recruiter and went to see Azalia (owner) on Saturday August 15,2009 at 5:00pm. I reserved a party for Nov 21st for my daughters 4th birthday and gave her a deposit of $200.00 dollars. She showed me the books and novemeber of 2009 was empty from beginning to end.
