They do not take returns,I bought something and didn't use it,never took it out of the box or packaging,and No they would not take it back even with a receipt.I will not ever shop there again. And I just moved in this area in October.
This is the absolute worst run store i have ever seen! I ordered balloons for my daughters graduation to set up in her room. I ordered them in person spoke to a nice women for about 10 minutes about which balloons i wanted (color and how many to get), however she never mentioned the balloons i bought were SUPPOSED to only last 8 hours, if she did i would have ordered different balloons. NEGATIVE STARS. If you’re looking to have a horrible experience and ruined decorations, definitely go to Manahawkin Party Fair. Spent over $70 for a few birthday decorations/balloons when I placed two orders to pick up for two different days and there was an incident twice with their products popping/deflating. Very cheap quality. They refused to fix it and had a huge argument with me and the “owner” the guy was very rude and was laughing saying it’s not his problem once it leaves the store and to get out.
