Special Occasions was wonderful from start to finish! I need a last minute tent (yes, a last minute 10'x40' tent...), and they delivered! And, I had ordered chairs from another place that were old and dirty when they showed up the day before the event- I called Special Occasions and within hours they brought a full set of beautiful white cushioned chairs over. They staff was lovely, and communication great. Totally recommend!
Rented glassware for a special occasion. Opened 2 of the several racks rented and immediately noticed lipstick on a glass from one rack and fingerprints on a glass from the second rack. Only used a half of those 2 racks and had to wash each glass before use. They did offer a refund of $200. Less than half of what I paid for the glassware I rented. I’d rather have paid a little more with one of the more popular rental companies than to have had the experience I had with this one.
I work for Ethical Tree Service, we had a special occasion today that required multiple stakes to be driven into the ground for tension lines to be secured. We were able to do our job today because of special occasions selling us tent stakes. A big thank you to Special Occasions for helping!!
