I had a very unpleasant experience at this store. I was trying to buy balloons hoping to get guidance from the employees but an older man was nothing but rude and impatient. He said something to another employee about my “back and forth” when I just asked for more time to keep looking. Luckily another employee came in to help me. I felt more of a bother than a customer and will think twice before coming here again.
I truly feel sorry for the employees at this store. The older man, who appears to be either the manager or owner, is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and unpleasant. His behavior toward customers is completely unacceptable, and it’s clear he lacks basic respect for both customers and staff alike. Customer service is horrible. Im pretty sure their staff is not trained in how to properly interact with clients. I always feel like I’m begging them for assistance. Today I called in to confirm if they had Balloon drop bags available and the gentleman who answered said they did. Me: can you provide the pricing. Staff: I don’t know from the top of my head. Pretty sparse and dirty inside. The music was so annoying their track was just skipping over and over.
