We visited this store yesterday to have some custom balloons inflated that we had specially ordered from Amazon and paid a significant amount for. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. While inflating the balloons, they popped one of them from our package, and not only did they fail to apologize, but they also didn’t offer any replacement for the balloon they damaged. This was the worst experience I've had in Canada. The man who wore glasses when I went to buy something was very rude and racist! This is for sure! He didn't tell me that the balloon inflation cost $6.99 and sarcastically said it was a final sale! Very rude, and forgot to give me the item after I checked out! This is the first time I've encountered such a bad person! I will never go there again!
