I went there today to pick up an online order with my shopping bags as listed in the email to bring. Upon entry into the store a staff member shouted out to lock up my bags in the lockers. It was quite abrupt and he pointed to a sign so I obliged. While looking through the store for additional items I asked where something was and he casually pointed down this aisle on the right. Mustafa provided excellent customer service during my visit. He was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with everything I needed. Unfortunately, my experience with John was the opposite, as he seemed unwilling to help and was not very customer-focused. Thank you, Mustafa, for making the experience a positive one!
I will never attend this location again! I went there today to look for graduation decorations for my son. When I had originally walked into the store I had my head down into the phone I wasn’t paying attention I was in the aisle looking at stuff I see what I assume would be the manager coming in the same area I was I didn’t expect anything I’m still looking he goes on the walkie talkie and says “I found her”. The lady’s working here are super nice but i don’t know who’s dealing with the balloon orders but they are LOST no idea what’s going on and get orders wrong all the time. Not sure if id trust to go back after so many mistakes.
