Have been coming here for years, staff are always helpful and they have a huge variety of products Prices are a little higher, but they have so many options to choose from Balloon bundles are great, they tend to last weeks depending on heat/cold
I went there today to pick up an online order with my shopping bags as listed in the email to bring. Upon entry into the store a staff member shouted out to lock up my bags in the lockers. It was quite abrupt and he pointed to a sign so I obliged. While looking through the store for additional items I asked where something was and he casually pointed down this aisle on the right. Mustafa provided excellent customer service during my visit. He was friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with everything I needed. Unfortunately, my experience with John was the opposite, as he seemed unwilling to help and was not very customer-focused. Thank you, Mustafa, for making the experience a positive one!
