By far one of the worst experiences of ever. I rarely ever come on google to write reviews but this was by far one of the worst encounters I’ve ever had. The store manager is the most unprofessional and rudest worker I’ve ever seen in a retail establishment. I have been to this location twice now and typically I find everything that I need. The selection of items is good. Lots of different colours in similar styles. Plenty of selection for different occasions. I would say Party City definitely comes in clutch and is dependable for your party needs. The only reason for this 1-star review is that I bought royal blue numbered birthday balloons with helium back in March (2026) and one of them deflated the day after (less than 24 hours). I purchased a balloon bouquet for my daughters birthday. The latex balloons from the bouquet deflated the very next day which was on her birthday (Less then 24hrs), which was really disappointing. When I reached out, the assistant manager refused to provide a refund or replacement, which made the experience even more frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend based on the poor quality and lack of customer service.
Terrible customer service. Rude to customers for absolutely no good reason. Witnessed it and was pretty shocked.
I had a balloon pump to return that was bought from the Richmond location. I try to return it here and the cashier claims that it was open when a small plastic piece of the packaging was opened when that’s how the sold it. Then he tells me I should be returning it the same store and that Information was not anywhere on the receipt. Party city is over priced and rules are obnoxious.
