the management team is oblivious to customers needs and horrible manners. I've been there twice out of necessity but never voluntary.
New management, customer service is wonderful. Associates very helpful.
I talked to everyone in the store including the manager and no one could answer my question. I hope their customer service is better in store than over the phone.
Hello: I really like this store, They always have what I am looking for.
The Farmer's Market has been on the corner of Meridian and Kooser for over 15 years. Party City moves into the neighborhood and essentially kills the Farmer's Market by refusing to o.k. their presence. Evidently they were the only merchant who didn't want the Farmer's Market there. The people in my neighborhood are organizing a boycott of this store until the Farmer's Market returns. Real stupid move.
I was in this store last week. I was having a hard time trying to find something I needed for a party I was having. A young woman named Whitney helped me find what I was looking for and gave me some very good creative suggestions. I left spending much more money than I had planned but the party and the ideas she gave me were a success. Thanks Whitney!!! I will be back for my Thanksgiving and Christmas needs.
