Had a horrible and avoidable experience at the store. Emily, the manager on duty was pathetic, Mitchell, the manager didn't fix it, the owner never returned a call and since it's a franchise, corporate doesn't get involved. NEVER AGAIN and we did a lot with Party City last year with my event company. Online has more options anyway. In an era where brick and mortar is on the decline you'd think they'd give a damn.

Just love going to this store. Is so organized, clean and my experience was just wonderful. I went with my grandma to purchase my party decorations and the manager Karla helped us from the beginning of our shopping experience till the end. We will be back to this store because of her great service. The cashier Wendy was very nice too. Thank you Karla for helping us.
right aid has always-been the store my great great grandfather used and so on and on untill today, We love right Aid has always been our Favorited store for years and always will. We love the convenience and the quickness with filling and how courtesy they are and where , The love I get from all emolyes from Store Manger to clercks,stocks, shipping/ Receptionist . this store is so rude I called to see if they had something in store and waited 15 min on the phone the staff is so rude won't be called here anymore
I have been going to Party America in Missoula for years and have always had a wonderful experience. The sales people are extremely helpful and cheerful, the store itself always appears clean/organized and the prices are competitive, too. A really fun place to shop!!

I took my 4 year old daughter in to get a Santa dress & when we went to try it on there was so much pot smoke it made me nauseous. I dont care what people do but it shouldn't effect my daughter. Since she's not welcome there either am I.
I went to Party City yesterday to pick up a few items for my daughter's birthday. Of all the employees working that day Leon and Maggie were the absolute most helpful. Not only did they answer my questions but they provided excellent customer service with a smile. I can't say the same for the employees working the previous evening. Thanks Leon and Maggie, other employees should follow your lead!!!!
