Bought balloons for a birthday and they were tied up very messy with too many excess ribbons. As a result the two sets of balloons got tangled when I took them out of the car. I had to cut the ribbons and re-do the tying properly and neatly while my guests were arriving. This was very inconvenient and disrupted the beginning of my party, as this was the last thing I needed to put out for the party. I was able to tie the balloons neatly to prevent any tangling. Hope I get a call back from the manager I was there over an hour yesterday An order that they had but didn’t have it was a total mess !! I was charged for the order and i didn’t get a refund !!! Manager please call me for an update !!
