I wish I could give them 0 star! Very disappointing customer service experience. The way we were treated was disrespectful and left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business to families looking for a pleasant and respectful shopping experience.

Very disappointing and upsetting experience. We only wanted to purchase a package of candles. After scanning the item, the employee accused us of having taken a pink balloon that my seven-year-old son was allegedly holding. We asked our son, and he clearly said he had not taken one. The employee continued insisting, so his mother even checked his pockets, but there was nothing there. excellent staff at this location, props to Anna of course and Carlos, Taren, Angel and (insert your name here if I didn’t mention you) but this review is for VAL! I went to get a nice balloon for my birthday, Val told me there’s a three day warranty on the foil balloon. The party was last week and the balloon is still full and flying. 10/10 would shop again.
