I really don't understand why some people can't accept it when the staff says no to certain requests. I was at the store yesterday morning and received friendly and thorough service and advice from Anna. I've dealt with everyone from Anna to Carlos, and I completely understand why pre-ordering balloons over the phone doesn't work—since payment has to be made first. I love coming here and really appreciate the staff!
Their website is down and you cannot preorder balloons. I called and explained the situation hoping the staff would understand and put 2 balloons on hold for me. They spoke rudely, and REFUSED. Saying I would have to come in person just to put an item on hold. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for all my party shopping needs.
They never answer the phone. I’ve called for days probably a dozen times each day with zero answer which is highly irritating that I need to drive there to ask a question.
