Great place to shop ,great with Customer service
Terrible company! I placed an online order — it clearly said more than ten items were in stock. In the end, they just cancelled it. No updates, no notifications — nothing. The staff were rude and clearly have no idea what customer service means. Giving them even 1 star feels way too generous.
Rude and unprofessional MANAGER! Picked an item which was tagged $7.99 but the manager said the item wasn’t in the right place and I have to pay more. It’s not customer fault if the store is unorganized and items aren’t tagged properly. At least she could apology and ask me in a nicer way!
The sales girl was very helpful. however, I wouldn't shop here again..... The owner had followed me into store from Canadian tire, notifying girls to keep eye on me , profiling me ,and diacrimating against me because of the way I looked ..disgusting , appalling racist behavior......
