I came into Party City with no idea on how to build a balloon set celebrating a birthday and also a retirement ensemble. Anna helped me and I gave her a designers challenge on this predicament and she fulfilled my challenge. I was so impressed with her creativity. I strongly recommend this store and its employees for first rate service and professional attitudes with problem solving. Thank you Anna and to the employees who helped me.

I really don't understand why some people can't accept it when the staff says no to certain requests. I was at the store yesterday morning and received friendly and thorough service and advice from Anna. I've dealt with everyone from Anna to Carlos, and I completely understand why pre-ordering balloons over the phone doesn't work—since payment has to be made first. I love coming here and really appreciate the staff!
