I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The level of customer service was far below what I expected. The staff came across as unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to assist with even basic questions. Despite there being virtually no customers in the store, I experienced an unnecessarily long wait before anyone acknowledged me. To make matters worse, one employee was wearing AirPods and dancing in the aisle instead of paying attention to customers. Provide extra customer service training.

Made a return of an unopened item a while ago because we had found better quality and cheaper alternatives. Return was made to a gift card/store credit form. When I was finally ready to use the gift card to purchase something today, I was told the gift card was declined due to its 1 year expiry date. I was never informed with the expiry date when making the return at this location and only realized the fine prints regard to the expiration on the back of the card today. Party City is a great one-stop shop when you're planning a celebration. They have an impressive selection of decorations, balloons, costumes, tableware, and just about anything else you might need for a party. My only criticism is the pricing. It can get expensive very quickly if you're not paying attention, and a few items can easily turn into a bill in the hundreds of dollars.
