Purchased Jack Skellington gloves ($19.99) and makeup for Halloween. To my disappointment when I put my costume on last night, a seam in one glove was open, exposing thumb, and face paint in makeup kit was dry and face tattoo was stuck to plastic film and not usable. Very disappointed!
Party City has great stock for Halloween costumes and decorations— often stuff you can’t find at other stores. However, the employees are quite rude and dismissive when you ask for their help. Aren’t they there on the floor to help customers?
Looked online before I went and the inventory matched. Got what I came for. Staff was efficient and friendly. They were also clean (the staff).
I hope the manager tells the teenagers how to actually assist customers and not point them aimlessly looking for a half an hour in the store, thanks a lot
