I had a deeply upsetting experience at this location today. While I was browsing with items I had already purchased, I was approached by a staff member. She initially told me I should use a shopping basket. When I politely explained that the items in my bag were already purchased and brought in for an exchange, she explicitly accused me of stealing twice, stating, 'I saw you take things from the shelf and put them in your bag!'.
