Employees are very rude! A girl asked me and my friend if we were buying something or just fooling around, but me and my friend were just trying to reach something from the top shelf. After we told her that she continued to put stuff away and ignore us without helping.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Party City. I specifically requested a particular shade of gold, but I was given a completely different color. When I brought the issue to their attention and politely asked for it to be changed, ali refused to help or correct the mistake
Great store at Taunton/Garden in Whitby. Lots of variety. Anything you can think of for any Party is here. Prides itself on huge balloons. Prices a little on the high side compared to online, but everything is in one place which is convenient.
Nothing bothers me more than unprofessional employees. No sense of urgency with a long line up of ppl. Loud, personal conversations took place while taking their sweet time making the balloon bouquets. If I could find balloons elsewhere, I would.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. No wonder the reviews are so bad. My biggest mistake was going to the Whitby location — I always go to the Ajax Party City and have never had issues there. I purchased balloons on the 27th in the morning and noticed right away that one was leaking air and clearly defective. I called immediately and was told to bring both balloons back for a refund.
