Be careful! This store is selling chocolate that is best before over a year ago and placing it on a clearance shelf. Most kids don’t check or even think to look at expiry dates, they trust that products on store shelves are safe to eat. Incredibly disappointed with this Whitby location. I placed a large ballon order weeks ago for a milestone birthday party. I asked that the balloons be placed on black balloon weights. I called them a week prior to make sure the weights were black instead of silver. I was told they made note of this and would use black balloon weights. Today we picked up the balloons and they were tied to silver weights. Employees are very rude! A girl asked me and my friend if we were buying something or just fooling around, but me and my friend were just trying to reach something from the top shelf. After we told her that she continued to put stuff away and ignore us without helping.
I am very disappointed with my experience at Party City. I specifically requested a particular shade of gold, but I was given a completely different color. When I brought the issue to their attention and politely asked for it to be changed, ali refused to help or correct the mistake
Great store at Taunton/Garden in Whitby. Lots of variety. Anything you can think of for any Party is here. Prides itself on huge balloons. Prices a little on the high side compared to online, but everything is in one place which is convenient.
