I bought a helium balloon for my granddaughters 21st birthday today at 1:55. $21 when I got it home it deflated. I called the store and was to to bring it back today or tomorrow to get another balloon. I am in the middle of a party and tomorrow is no good. I think this is poor customer service. I would like a refund or a credit.
i’d rate zero stars if i could. went in at 7pm today. Went shopping for things for my anniversary. Picked up what i needed and then i was looking at the balloons. i had headphones on as i don’t want to be distracted. The worst Party City in Ontario. Extremely bad service, unprofessional and incompetent employees. I placed an order to pickup balloons on a Sunday for my party and they took the order without any issues. All of a sudden I get a call on Saturday saying they are off on Sunday and we'll have to pick up by today 6PM. This was a long weekend and we already had plans out of town, they didn't even apologize for their mistake and told us they cannot do anything if I can't pickup today.
