Had a bad customer service day today. The gentleman yesterday advised me that there was no charge to refill my foil balloons. I had specifically asked how much for the refill. Today when picking up the balloons they were not filled. They said I had not paid for them. I had purchased additional balloons and paid for them. Why would I not pay for the refills. Terrible experience today with the lady working cash. 2:00 pm on September 30, 2026. It was a dark skinned lady I am unsure of her name. The receipt operator number states 7993. We went in purchase quite a large selection of balloons for a birthday with helium in them. She rudely told us pick the colours. Good spot to hanger around
Purchased a balloon bouquet for my son’s first birthday. Placed the order on a Thursday for pickup Saturday at 4pm. Received an “your order is ready for pickup” email at 3:51pm Saturday and arrived at 5:30 for them to not be able to find my order, so I waited around for them to sort it out to find, my order was never fulfilled although I got a confirmation it was done, but also the balloon bouquet I ordered was not what was in my order bag, and that they didn’t have the bouquet I ordered at all in stock anymore.
