I was at store today with my family and my wife picked my sons costume and I took it to cash. I was told it’s final sale I understood and pis then notice it was adult size not kids size so the manager came and agreed to exchange. Then I was passed to another cashier who said I have to pay for kids size since it’s final sale. I asked to exchange since I had not even left the cash register.
