Just a basic party city. It's kind of hard to get in and out of the parking lot since you'd have to get on the Kingsway or barrydowne.
Absolutely unacceptable customer service. The staff member we dealt with was extremely rude, unprofessional, and showed zero interest in helping us. We asked for several items and basic assistance, but she acted irritated and completely unwilling to do her job. There was no courtesy, no effort, and no respect toward customers. There was another staff member, a lady wearing glasses, who genuinely tried her best to help us and was polite and attentive. Unfortunately, she was the only positive part of this experience.
