I was planning a DIY for my daughter’s Sweet 16, but I got the wrong color, so we rushed to Party City. The staff member who helped us was young but friendly and professional. She helped us choose the perfect shade of red latex balloons to match the red foil balloons. I love how it all turned out! There were no issues, they’re still up a few days later. Thank you!
