The balloons were ready for pickup at the right time, after I ordered online. They were bought for a birthday celebration and are still going strong after 5 weeks!
Staff are friendly however sketchy practice at checking out. Joedel was the cashier and told me it’s 5 days refund or exchange policy for Halloween costumes while this “policy” was not written or posted anymore in store or online. He even wrote 5 days on my receipt. And this was late August or early September. I paid full price for the costumes, no discount not clearance. Always a great store
In July (yes it was this long ago) I was waiting for my older sister to finish up a balloon order for my dad. And I’m (21 years old) was looking at the $2 dollar bounty ball. An adult lady with brown hair comes up to me asking in a real nasty tone if I “need any help” and I’m like “no thanks” then she asks me to empty my pockets. Thinking I stole a dumb bouncy ball.
