Super friendly staff and high quality product offerings
My telephone experience was a headache in a half! I had a very simple question to ask, regarding a specific product I was looking for. My intent was for them to see if they had it, before i drove there. Sidenote, I had also called and communicated with both locations in Hamilton, as well as Mississauga. My question is...why was I able to speak to someone THERE but not to anyone from Oakville? I came in to get some balloons for a birthday and Julia was so sweet and helpful! She is great at her job! Her efficiency and great attitude was so refreshing to see!
I visited this location to return a product well within the return window (21 days to be exact). My reason for the return was simple: I did not use or need the item. The product also felt too flimsy for my intended use, which is why I chose not to keep it. However, when the employee inspected the item, he claimed it had damages and even water damage—despite the fact that I never used it.
