Kudos to the two young men working one of the busiest holidays for any party company Valentine's Day. Can't believe they managed to keep their cool-by themselves-with walk in balloon orders, online orders stacked up, phone calls, and guests staring & watching their every move. A shame they were scheduled to manage that by themselves. I called customer service to see if they could get someone else to come in and help them & turns out this is a franchise. Fresh from Party City made my cousin’s birthday extra special! The staff was helpful, the balloons looked amazing, and they were ready on time. Great quality and service—highly recommend!
