Amazing customer service! I used this location to do a balloon delivery for multiple table centerpieces for my birthday party in June of 2024 - i don't remember the ladies name who I spoke with over the phone but I gave detailed instructions on how to setup each centerpiece including colors, lengths, quantity of balloons, etc. They followed my detailed instructions to a T and were able to deliver to the venue within the time requested even though their delivery is within a 2hr or so timeslot.
