Everybody was very nice and made looking for what I wanted an ease
I'm very disappointed with how management handled my issue. On 12/29/24, one of the items I purchased had a promotion of waiving the fee of helium with the item. At the time of payment, I asked the manager on shift if I could still use the promotion if I went into a party city at a later time for the helium. I was told I could. I went to another store this morning to have helium added to the balloon. I was charged for the helium. The cashier explained to me that the store policy was to charge for it.
