I haven’t written this review lightly—this is based on two separate visits where I observed the same unprofessional behavior. The employees at this Party City location seem completely disengaged, with most of them hiding from customers, glued to their phones, and making no effort to offer assistance.One person actually appeared to be working, while the rest ignored the mess piling up in the store I think her name was laura.
