Was targeted, harassed, and discriminated against by store employee Jane. She refused my family service and unjustly called the police. The police helped us and made Jane service us. The owner Don Lasseter refuses to discipline Jane and asked us to understand that she is fragile and traumatized by her own actions and bad judgement. All we asked for was an apology from Jane. Need to invest in diversity and sensitivity training. No reason to run a business to only cater to a certain clientele.
How does an employee that called the police on people feel more traumatized than the people she actually called the police on. Jane been working there how many years, sure she refused service to plenty of people.
