Just came to Party City on April 5th, 2024 at 4:10 PM. I got in line and was asked by a cashier with a rude what I need it. I told her I need it a number 7 balloon. She said with an attitude shaking her head “do you need it today?” I said “yes” she walked away from me shaking her head as she was so bothered that I came in to ask for number balloon.
