Wow, the employees at Party City Mooresville which all face unemployment because the company has filed for bankruptcy and is closing are the epitome of customer service! I went to get balloons for my son‘s BFF birthday. I expected bitter employees who didn’t give a darn. I was SO wrong! Ella, Sydney, Alicia, Gabe and Ava were so joyous and helpful.
