Don't waste your time or money on this location. I ordered one of the large Ninja Turtle balloons for my Grandsons Birthday party online. I had previously gone into the store(Bloomington MN) to see if available. They did have them for $39.99, $20.00 more. I asked if I ordered online if they would fill it-" of course we will" and nothing more was said, I walked around planning for other items.
