RecommendedWe used Flagstaff Party Central for a 4th of July party and they were awesome! They set up everything in a timely manner with no effort on my end. They made sure to clean and vacuum the bounce house once setting up to ensure a sanitized play area. They are incredibly friendly and would definitely recommend renting from them!

I highly recommend renting from this place. Awesome customer service. They were on time( even a little early) and were very friendly. They answered all my questions and returned calls right away. I will definitely rent from them again. They made my daughters party perfect. Thank you for everything!
We have used Party Central for the last several summers for our Summer Camp at Summit Gymnastics Academy. We could not say enough about how amazing they are. The quality of the inflatables is only second to the amazing customer service. They always arrive early to setup to make sure we get our full time on top of being all around friendly people. We cannot recommend them enough!

Great service and great selection! Very easy to work with and they were a huge help getting us a bounce house for our event. Everything worked great and they provided everything I needed for a successful usage. Thank you all for making this so easy and working with our schedule!
What a great company! We rented the cake bounce house plus some tables and chairs for my six-year-old's birthday and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. On time set up and take down, really nice staff, and new (matching!) tables and chairs. Definitely going to use them again.

We have booked bounce houses with Party Central twice for school events, and they have been great both times! Joanna is super friendly and helpful. They have come out in time to get it all set up for our event, and come back to take it all down. After going over the basics with us, they encouraged us to call if there were any issues. Never had to call. Great service!

worst customer service!! Faulty slide that was hurting children but rented out this crappy slide that they didnt intend to use after this season because they knew it was a piece of crap!! still refused to give us a discount. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This slide is well loved and all of our clients love it except for this party because he wanted it for free. The facts are being misconstrued and yes, we gave a hefty discount.
Worst service ever. When children are injured and you say “ we can pick it up”, with absolutely no replacement for a child party, that’s ridiculous. The party was centered around water slide play... your “final season” slide was not fit for use and to have nothing to replace it is asinine. So kids are supposed to expect a water party.... and either wear pants, or not play? Craziness

To anyone in the flagstaff area looking to have party rentals don't go to party central worst service I have every had. The slide was broken it started hurting children legs while sliding. I advised the owner, she tell me we'll you can use or we can return with attitude like it was my fault it was broken. I have been in customer service for 12 plus yrs and when customers typically have a problems normally the right response would be to apologize and try to fix the problems. Jonathan, our manager immediately offered you a different slide to rectify this situation. You declined this and said you wanted it for free and told our staff that you would refuse to let us have access to your property if we were to come and take this down. You text our manager back and asked if we could work something out and we agreed. At no point did you stop using this slide you claimed didn't work.
