Absolutely terrible experience. My sisters booked this party bus months in advance for my bachelorette party, and unbelievably, they cancelled just 30 minutes before the event. No real explanation, no accountability, no attempt to fix the situation. They completely ruined a once-in-a-lifetime celebration and left us stranded at the last minute. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of ethics is unacceptable. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Truly the worst service I have ever experienced.
