What the hell happened to Party America... Employees and management are so rude and disrespectful... Went in on Friday to pick up some party supplies and when I asked for help they just rolled their eyes and turned around and walked away. I thought maybe it wasn't an employee that I asked for help but when I went to the front that same person was helping other customers with their purchases. I just laid all the stuff down that I picked up to purchase and walked out. I will find some other place to shop for my party supplies.
Went to the new location that popped up on Google today and it isn’t open yet. This is by the Atlantis. There is a party America truck in front of the building and I circled the entire building and it is vacant. Went to the other location (the original by bank off America) and there is a sign saying it is closed starting June 28 and the new location I went to earlier will open July 2. Total waste of my time as today is June 11! So much for trying to shop local, they can’t even have a proper sign or notify Google of the prema... read more
Very good customer service and they had a good variety of products.
This place is very much closed. I am sitting in front of it and it is completely empty. Super sad as it is UNR commencement season.
Pretty bad no a days. I guess enough balloons and novelties to make the party a tad better.
