Great party store, they have a huge selection of balloons and have lots of party supplies as well. The staff are also very kind
The store was neat and efficient.
I visited the new location end of August, and perhaps they were still in the process of moving but they were open, and the selection was very minimal. I did not find what I was looking for.
My experience in the store wasn’t terrible, but the employees seemed miserable. I felt like I was bothering them. They were sold out of half the balloons I was looking for with 0 help or recommendations after explaining my color scheme. With this being the only party store left in Reno I just expected something better.
