The good: Great store to get Halloween costumes from. Offers a variety of options. Fairly clean and has ok prices. No more expensive than the other shops in town. Ok customer service, it's not great nor bad. BUT be aware of how they deceptive they are with pricing. They usually have a wall with prices displayed for several costumes. Terrible experience. I brought in mylar balloons to have them filled with helium. They made me pay in advance, popped one of the balloons, and three others wouldn’t even float. The cost ended up being just as expensive as buying new balloons in the store. I was doing this for a friend, and she was so disappointed. They refused to refund anything—even for the balloon they popped. I do not recommend going here.
Great selections for planning a party!
This place was charging 15 dollars for a foil balloon with helium but I told them I don't want helium in it. They said they couldn't change the price on it which is a lie because I bought a foil balloon before from them and the lady charged me less for the balloon without helium.
