Eventhough we are all going through a pandemic, Parker Party America is doing all they can to support our high school grads and their parents. Always great customer service, but now during this stressful time, they are knocking it out of the park!
Let me tell you....Party America saved my daughter’s sweet 16! I called the day before her birthday for balloons, expecting them to be closed because of Covid-19, but they were open for drive-up. Not only that, but the kind woman took photos of items in the store so I could buy them over the phone! How awesome is that!!!! So incredible. I highly recommend this store!!!
I’m so thankful for Parker Party America! Even in the midst of the current mayhem, Cindy (the owner) was able to take a phone order and do curbside pickup with a super quick turnaround. I needed last minute Easter goodies for my family and she absolutely came through for me! She hand-picked the most perfect items based on their interests and ages — she was thoughtful in her choices and they were so excited when they got all their goodies today. Great selection and amazing staff, everytime I go I'm blown away by their service and all the amazing items they have!
I went in today to have some balloons filled with helium that I bought online. The woman told us they couldn’t guarantee they’d fill up properly but I had her do it anyway. Two balloons popped and the two others which were mylars filled up but wouldn’t stand straight. She charged me nearly $12 with an “I told you this could happen” nothing to help - no offer of a 50 cent ballon to replace - nothing. I love this store! They provide the best customer service in Parker. I ALWAYS get a greeting and friendly assistance. It is so nice to buy from a store who cares about the customer experience. I highly recommend them.
