I've never been able to get any parts from this place
I just want to give a big shout out to Jane at the Fort Rd. (Edmonton) store, she was very helpful and engaged. Made my trip so much easier
I have never had an issue in store. I had to call in for bolts for my car that was on Jack's. Had to wait a little but they helpfully directed me to where I could get the bolt that I need as they didn't have them. Really a life saver as I would have had to take a bicycle to go get the parts and didn't want to go searching everywhere.
