I had an excellent experience at this PartSource location thanks to two outstanding staff members. Jack was incredibly prompt and helpful over the phone — he quickly confirmed the part I needed and made the process effortless. When I arrived at the store, Thomas provided superior customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Great teamwork and great service from both Jack and Thomas.

Highly recommend recommending giving all your vehicles info model year make Plus, VIN number for your vehicle. As per staff nine times out of 10 you don’t need the Vin which means every 10th person get screwed over with wrong parts as they do not as for it. Other than that it was ok.

Avoid this place! I have been there twice for parts in the last couple of weeks and both times they did not have them in stock. They were able to order them in for me and they arrived quickly. When I went to pick up the first item, the cost they quoted was doubled. They failed to inform me that they did not come as a pair after showing me that they did on their own website. The second time I came in for a different item and was told that the hold was cancelled. When I asked why, they told me that unless you are there to pick... read more
