Updated my review from 5 starts down to 1 star. Have shopped here for years both in retail and commercial. No idea why they moved the whole Oshawa store to Whitby just to get rid of all the Whitby employees. None of the new kids know what’s going on, it’s like no one trained them. Will never be giving my business to Partsource again
Very bad management! The manager is inexperienced and favours employees she likes. Deleting this review from public view won't help. People already know how racist the manager is.
I used to shop at the Whitby store for years to get all my parts but I noticed recently there has been a change in management and staff and I am extremely disappointed. The new manager is a complete skunt, she isn’t friendly like the old manager and just rushes you off, doesn’t treat you like a paying customer. And as far as the new staff they are even worse, I used to come in and behind the counter were young car enthusiasts who were willing to help and have friendly conversations who also knew the automotive parts industry... read more
Great Customer Service - Made me a customer. In days where customer service seems to be disappearing Part Source leads the way. I need a 32m socket for one nut. Parts Source let me buy the socket take it home, use it, then return the socket and get all my money back. They rented me the part for free. Quick easy, no hassle! How great is that! Many thanks,
