Today I went to buy a fuse for my car. I went to this store, where a young man named Waoyas helped me. He personally helped me find the fuse I needed. He was very patient, searched through many options, and found what my car needed. He was very kind and helpful. He's a person with an excellent understanding of customer service. Maybe he was a supervisor, but maybe he shouldn't be. These kinds of people contribute to building an excellent reputation for businesses. Thank you, Waoyas.
