Sorry.. this is going to be a long review. I usually have good experiences at this store. But not Jul 1st/25 wknd. I rec’d 3 promotional emails on the wknd offering -15% discount on online orders to pickup at store. On Jn 29th I called the store with some questions but person I spoke with wasn’t aware of any Canada wknd promotion. He spoke with another staff who also wasn’t aware but said if it says it’s online then must be online orders only. I had an amazing experience at partsource thanks to a gentleman named Talha. He went above and beyond to help me out, not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, but he also took the time to help me change my wipers right there in the parking lot. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days. I was beyond impressed and truly appreciated the extra effort. You got my business from now.
