The employee are very helpful, they take their time to help you get the right stuff for your car with patience. I know it can be frustrating to have a customer who don't know exactly the right part that he wants, but they help me get it...
Reserved two Monroe struts online. I was waiting for a call and I decided to stop in later in the day. Sales guy was very helpful and apologized for not getting a call. Answered questions with patience and details. Overall a good experience!
