The people that work here are AMAZING special shout out to Hunter and Ernest who went way above and beyond for me. Last Thursday I was in Thunder Bay for the day ( I live about a 3 hour drive out of town ) when my truck engine stopped working, I was able to limp it to this part source and use their OBD scanner to diagnose the issue, but the part needed and they even loaned me the tools I needed because ofcourse I didn’t have any. Staff have no knowledge anymore. Unless it's "year make model" of a new car, forget it. Staff used to know something about vehicles, now all they do is look up a part number and hand you a box. Awful.
When a well known service station ( rhymes with Didas), basically told me I was on my own when it came to changing my ‘LED’ headlight and that they wouldn’t touch it’! I went in to Partsource today, prepared to have to pay top dollar for a new LED bulb. After 30 minutes looking it up on the computer, the owner and his staff found out that this was after the market work. He told me right of the bat, that the bulbs were actually HID bulbs.
