Staff have no knowledge anymore. Unless it's "year make model" of a new car, forget it. Staff used to know something about vehicles, now all they do is look up a part number and hand you a box. Awful.
When a well known service station ( rhymes with Didas), basically told me I was on my own when it came to changing my ‘LED’ headlight and that they wouldn’t touch it’! I went in to Partsource today, prepared to have to pay top dollar for a new LED bulb. After 30 minutes looking it up on the computer, the owner and his staff found out that this was after the market work. He told me right of the bat, that the bulbs were actually HID bulbs. We are on vacation in Thunder Bay. Our master cylinder began malfunctioning on our way here from Windsor. We.were unable to locate the part anywhere along our route. It was a tense drive. Thankfully when we called, the part was in stock at this location. We very much appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of the employees, in particular Hunter who knowledgeable helped us find everything we needed for the repair to be done in the parking lot.
