Came in here and the guided me to the right parts, so that I could replace my battery.
The people that work here are AMAZING special shout out to Hunter and Ernest who went way above and beyond for me. Last Thursday I was in Thunder Bay for the day ( I live about a 3 hour drive out of town ) when my truck engine stopped working, I was able to limp it to this part source and use their OBD scanner to diagnose the issue, but the part needed and they even loaned me the tools I needed because ofcourse I didn’t have any. Helpful and to the point , bo wasted time and had manners at the counter , can't ask for more since cover
Staff have no knowledge anymore. Unless it's "year make model" of a new car, forget it. Staff used to know something about vehicles, now all they do is look up a part number and hand you a box. Awful.
