Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We were recommended to Partsco by an appliance salesperson in Lowe’s, as we were looking for a specific replacement oven light that they did not carry and could not find in their system. We went to Partsco and staff (Nicki in particular) helped to find the correct replacement bulb we needed and ordered one for us. It was ready for us to pick up in a few days...
