Customer for life! Staff is friendly & courteous. They always have what I'm looking for & shipping times are great.
They say "delivery in 3-5 business days", but my part didn't even start the shipping process for 2 weeks (ordered Feb 11; started shipping Feb 24). On top of all that, absolutely horrendous customer service. I got an email saying my order was flagged as "potentially fraudulent," so I followed their instructions to call a customer service number. Nobody ever answered that number (called 5x times), left multiple voicemails to which no one ever responded, sent emails, too, but they still never resolved the issue and I've never ... read more
