Awful. They didn't stand by what they originally promised me. Buyer beware. Bait and switch available here. Check every detail, have them print all papers and review them carefully. I have never been screwed over on a car purchase except with them. Not what I expected or deserved.
Worst place ever. I will never buy another car here or get mine serviced. Mike Adams in the collision center is awful. Hes a snake who took my doors off my vehicle then charged me $881.38 when insurance wouldn't pay. I never said to do that. I've done alot of business here but not anymore. Taking advance of customers...shame on Toyota!! Read the reviews they are shady scammers who take advantaged of us customers!!
They were friendly on the phone, seemed really bored to be there in the store. I went to order a few parts I identified on their website and found that they don't honor website pricing, the in-store experience is limited to Toyota OEM pricing. Even though you are getting the same parts. Went to my car, ordered what I needed and it arrived there next day where I picked it up no hassle. Just a little silly. The service dept here ordered the wrong part 3 separate times all while refusing to give me a rental car while my car was in for a recall. It was embarrassingly bad, if u have to have ur car serviced at the dealership go to hendrick toyota in concord much better service. never go here
I recently bought my first brand new vehicle! It was a Toyata Tacoma. I've always had used vehicles , and have done all my general maintenance myself like oil changes and brakes . I'm very hesitant on car dealerships and their service departments. This one seems to be nice so far , and they were very courteous. I will update this post after my first few "free" service calls...
