While turning sharply to the right into a tight parking space in my lifted Ram 1500, I heard a clunk. From that point on, my truck made a squealing noise on turns with occasional clunking. I Brought my 10-year old Jeep Cherokee in for an open recall and an oil service. During the multipoint inspection an oil leak was found around the timing chain cover. Service Rep. Sarah B. was able to get the oil leak repair covered by my extended warranty, applied a service coupon for the oil service, and the recall work was all completed timely.
