Best part of this purchase was meeting Tatiana in person. Beautiful young lady, striking personality. She showed great professionalism in trying to accommodate me. I am very stern on the price I will pay for a vehicle. So usually I already know what vehicle and the price before stepping onto the dealership. I always have my own finances done as well. Tatiana was great to work with in the purchase of my new Gladiator. I never felt pressure but instead felt a sense of honesty with pricing and with all my questions. This has not been my experience in years past and multiple vehicles purchased. Tatiana, the head sales manager, and even the final paper signing session, was a breath of fresh air. I wish I would have found this dealership years ago.
