I've always had good service with ordering parts. A lot of times I don't have the exact information and I come in with a picture of the part.

The parts team is a great group! We have had great luck with everyone. Most of our orders are placed over the phone & they are very helpful in finding us the correct parts.
Did an oil change, upsold parts, charged $90 to put in an oil filter (under 15 min of work), broke my windshield washer fluid nozzle, left stuff misplaced, didn’t put seats back, and refused to look at a fuse I asked them too. Plus didn’t reset the dashboard notifications. Jiffy lube can do that stuff. Poorly done team.
