Matt and the crew are the best when it comes to customer service and getting the right parts for the mixer truck. No matter how busy they are the people at the front desk and also the mechanics in the back are always willing to help with advice or assistance with how to install something. I bought a mixer DRUM, WATER TANK, DRUM DRIVE MOTOR and so many other parts from these guys and have always been able to get what I need done. The absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever gotten. Rude, is putting it nicely. I mean, if you hate your job, then get a new one. Don’t take it out on your customers! Just go to Pantheon or JonDon (which is exactly what the guy behind the counter told me) and save yourself a major headache with these clowns. You’ll be better off.
