I came to the Part Plus location at 3601 Roosevelt Ave in San Antonio Tx. The customer service I received here was the worst I have ever dealt with. The man was very rude and disrespectful. He told me what was going on with my battery was "not his problem". He came out to remove the battery (which apparently the battery has to already be removed from the car) after putting the battery back on, he did not properly place it back on and threw the harness to the battery at the feet of my passenger.
