I needed replacement trucks for my 20-year-old sliding glass door. I ordered them on the 'net for $35.00, but later learned that "parts on wheels" might have them. Right...... So, I went down there, the owner saw my rusted truck, and said, "Yeah, that's an XYZ whatever, be right back." It took a few minutes, but he had a pair!!!!! Because it took a bit to find them, he discounted them down from $8 each to $5, and I didn't even ask for that! So............ They earned my props, and future business.
