I had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz service. I own a GLB 250 and recently had an issue with the fuel pump. I brought the car in, and everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. Special thanks to Tony, who guided us every step of the way — much appreciated!
Customer service is bad. When I called, the employee’s behavior was very bad and there was no supervision. He did not provide me with assistance or answer my question. The call was closed before my request was met today, Thursday, December 5, at 03:50pm
