sadly ,its not the same as when Ken was out front taking care of the customers, he would work with you and treat you with respect, it's too bad after more then 10 years of taking my equipment to them I have to go else where to receive a little respect, good luck, They know how to fix equipment and the prices are fair but the counterhelp they hired was rude and had no knowledge, Too bad Joe is a great mechanic, bummer for me....After a couple years now and they still have that the same guy out front???
