Like another reviewer, I bought a New distributor for my 2000 Honda CRV with 227,247 miles when the OE distributor finally failed. This was 4/24/17. 5 months later at 229,247 miles or 2,000 miles the unit failed while I was driving on the freeway. I had to order another unit from them and send it back before they would issue my credit which I did. Fast forward to 10/28/19 and 235,574 miles. I bought a new distributor for my Honda 2 years ago. The top dead center censor has broken (this piece is part of the distributor and it's not sold separately). They will not recognize any kind of credit or exchange for me. A distributor should last longer than 2 years (not normal to change this quickly). I will no longer purchase anything else from them. It's better to stick to O'Reilley or Autozone - lifetime warranty for a few extra dollars.

I ordered from their website entering the make, model and year of my car so the correct part would pull up. When it arrived, it did not fit. On 01/20/19 (Sunday) I sent them an email that same moment with pictures showing the differences in the part received, and requested a refund, but they never responded. I sent another email yesterday 01/24/19 (Thursday) about never receiving a response to my first email and still nothing. I will be calling on Monday to speak with somebody HOPEFULLY!!
