The equipment supplied was faulty and locked, making it unusable by the VW garage. It arrived in a poorly wrapped ripped package. Multiple attempts to contact the company were ignored, with no returned calls or messages. They are now unwilling to accept a return or issue a refund.
They supplied an unusable piece of equipment and are now refusing to refund it. Communication was poor, and we were left without a family car until we fixed it without the component.
The ECU arrived in unacceptable condition — thrown in a worn satchel with no padding, delivered on the back of a ute. The VW garage couldn’t install it because it was locked, something that should have been checked before it was sent out. I called multiple times and was promised a call back from a manager, which never happened. I was also told I would receive a refund, but that never came through.
