I do almost all of the maintenance of my vehicles on my own, but rely heavily upon Kenosha Toyota’s parts department, and they are second to none. Very helpful, reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. They keep most parts in stock, and what they don’t, they can order and typically have delivered by the next day. From simple things like motor oil and filters, to harder to find items such as Toyota’s transfer case oil and interior panel clips, Kenosha Toyota’s parts department is the place to go.
Chris and Eric in the Parts dept. went above the call of duty to make sure that I got the correct parts the next day. Both extremely proficient, caring and a key to getting my project completed. I didn’t receive this type of response from a closer Toyota dealer to me in Racine. A+ Thank you
