My husband’s son left his car here to be worked on in October 2023. While the car was there the window had been broken out and the car was also stolen from this dealership. We found out from KY State Police the dealership released the $80,000 car to someone who was not an owner of the car. They did not ask for ID or any information from this person so we had the dealership report car as stolen. This place has the WORST service department!! No one cares one bit about customer service!! No one answers the phone so you leave a message and no one will return your call!! I was lied to ever time I dealt with this place!! I highly recommend finding another place to repair your vehicle!!
