I'd like to thank the service department for not being able to help a traveler in need after being told to bring in my 2025 Nissan Frontier. I know service departments are busy, I spent 40 years in the construction/service industry. But to tell someone bring it in then turn them around is not the proper thing to do. Extremely Disappointed With Ken Garff Nissan SLC. Unfortunately, my experience with Ken Garff Nissan in Salt Lake City has been incredibly frustrating, and their “We’re Listening” motto certainly did not reflect our experience. I dropped my 2024 Nissan Pathfinder off on a Friday evening and was told it would be looked at during our scheduled 7:15 a.m. appointment the following Monday. I recently purchased my first car, I had a fantastic experience here they all made the process easy and never pressured me into buying! The entire staff was nothing but polite but Ashley was great she was very patient and helped me through the whole experience! I would recommend getting a car from her!
