Came in to get a sensor, they gave us the wrong one, we told them it was the wrong one! They insisted it was correct. Got home to install and, SURPRISE! It was the wrong one! We immediately went back but they REFUSE to exchange electrical parts. Now we’re out over 100$. Can I give zero stars?
Attempted to call to order parts, got passed around hold just to get disconnected, tried to order parts through the online portal, they said they will contact me in 24-48 hours, no call. Tried to order through their portal and it didn’t give me shipping options, I go into their location to speak with a parts guy just to get a $200 markup on the part I had just priced out through their portal. This place legitimately sucks. A manager should reach out because this process is horrifically bad and needs immediate attention.
Awful the service dept act entitled and didn't want to help. Said to make an appt. The parts dept has a bunch of bays but no one to greet a customer nor even answer the phone. Looks like the owners are highly interested in money, but have zero care for customers. Will never be back to this place.
